FAQ

Here you may find helpful information on our frequently asked questions about our Christmas Events.

Can I bring more than two adults?

Due to limitations of the booking system we are using it was hard for us with the government guidelines to add multiple options for booking. We are trying to limit the high volume of people inside the grotto at once, Previous years has sometimes seen 9 adults to 1 child, so to help to keep our staff and customers safe we wanted to limit the adults so that the kids could get the best possible experience. We do understand that sometimes people want to bring extras, we are giving you the option to pay for extras on the door but your group cannot exceed 6 people.

I have a child that doesn’t want to see Santa?

If you currently have a booking with us for a child to see Santa and you have a extra child not wanting to visit Santa, you may bring them a long by paying the £2 entrance on the night as long as your group doesn’t exceed 6. The child not wanting to see Santa will be allowed into the grotto but will not be interacted with or receive a present from Santa.

Can I come to Winter Wonderland and not see Santa?

If you wish to experience Winter Wonderland without seeing Santa you can do so by ringing nearer to the time to ensure that we not exceeding our visitor capacity. If we have room on your specified day you may turn up and pay the £2 on the entrance.
