Guide to buying Christmas Tickets
At Tropical birdland
Firstly choose the event you would like to attend!
Santa’s evening Winter wonderland – 4pm until 8pm
Event includes – Snow Queen, Mascots, Stalls, Fairy walk, Christmas lights, Bar, Cafe, Play Area, Pony rides,
Day Time with Santa Including Tropical Birdland
Once you have chosen the event you would like to attend, Next choose the date you would like.
Please note once purchased you cannot change the time or date of your ticket.
Next, Choose your time slot.
The time slot represents the time of which you head down to the grotto to wait and meet Santa.
This time slot is NOT the time you can enter the event.
You may enter the event anytime according to the doors opening times.
For Winter Wondland enter anytime after 4pm
For Day time with Santa enter anytime after 10am
Now its time to choose your tickets!
SANTA VISIT & PRESENT: This ticket is for all children of all ages (0+) wanting to visit Santa and receive a present. (includes general admission)
GENERAL ADMISSION: This ticket is for everyone else who is accompanying those who are visiting Santa.
For example: 2 Adults 2 children to see Santa would be Two General admissions and Two Santa Visit & Present Tickets
Once chosen your tickets you’ll be taken to the next screen to ask if you would like ticket protection.
All ticket protection is done via SEEtickets and is not part of Tropical Birdland
