WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Our afternoon teas are homemade by our artisan bakers, fresh from our kitchen to your table. To prepare your order, we require a minimum of 5 days’ notice.
- Our products contain; almond, milk, gluten, egg, soya and may contain nuts. Please inform our staff of any allergies when making the booking.
- To secure your booking, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule your date, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice. If you fail to meet the deadline, it may result in a non-refundable deposit.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any dairy-free or gluten-free alternatives.

Please note, your preferred time cannot be guaranteed, but we will endeavour to do our best. An alternative time will be offered if we have the availability.
The Real Macaw Tea Rooms also serve food and drinks that can be ordered on the day.
